Please note that if you make a booking in error and a refund has to be made, there will be an admin charge of £15. The process of refund typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Refund is made the same way that the payment was processed.

Please note that we have the right to cancel any booking paid for with 24 hours notice. Please remember that you are booking on an automated booking system, so some errors can happen

Do I need to provide an electric socket?
We require a standard 13amp /16amp supply for most of our attractions. We also supply suitable generators at an additional cost.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment - cash / BACS transfer. 

Are you insured?
All units supplied by My Childs Birthday - Zoe Prosser  are covered by a Full Public Liability Insurance.

Do you do indoor bouncers?
ALL of our attractions are suitable for indoor use ONLY!

How big does the area have to be?
We need about a 3-foot clear access route to get the castle into your venue.

What can I do before you deliver?
Please make sure that any paths, hallways, side passages or any other access to your venue are clear of obstacles, etc.

When should I book?
We get booked up very quickly and we advise you to book as early as possible, especially during our peak seasons of summer and Christmas.

Can adults use your bouncy castles?
ALL our inflatables can NOT be used for adults.

How long is the hire period?
Our standard hire period is 2 hours.

Do you set up and dismantle?
Yes. Our fully trained operators carry out the full setup.

The following information is essential! We cannot set up your equipment if you do not comply with the following requirements.

• Please ensure that the access area is straightforward and clear, with nothing in the way, and we do not have time to clear this ourselves.
• Please ensure the designated area for the hire item (s) is:
  1. Free of dog and animal mess as a charge may apply.
  2. Please ensure the item you have picked and paid for will fit in your venue without issue and anything in close proximity, as all measurements are clearly displayed on individual item pages. If it does not fit safely, you will forfeit the cost of the hire and delivery, as it is not our fault but yours.
  3. Please note we will not put up ANY inflatable Indoors! We Will Not Put Castles Outside.

• Please adhere to all health and safety and proper usage requirements given to you.

All deposits and full payments after becoming due as per above are non-refundable; however, if the booking can't go ahead on the hire date due to bad weather, illness or any reason not due to us, we will offer to transfer the booking to another date. If you are unwilling to accept another date, your funds will be lost. If booking has to be rearranged to another date, it must be at a date/time that doesn't conflict with other bookings etc

• For those customer choosing to pay the balance on the day, rather than clear one month before as per T&C's, if payment is not supplied to driver immediately on arrival the equipment may be withheld. If payment is not received, 8% annual interest may be added to what then becomes a debt, and interest applied daily.

HALL - VENUE PARTIES

For Castle only parties, we will require 30mins before the start time and 30min after the finish time for setting up & packing away

Anything larger than just a bouncy castle, such as a Party package or soft Play, we ask for 60 mins either side.
